SPA PACKAGE
SUMMERCUT: Lower hair-not bald, ear cleaning, anal glands cleaning, nail trim, teeth brushing-if allowed and bath.
TRIMMING: Scissor cutf hair-doesnt remove all the hair, nail trim, bath, anal glands cleaning, ear cleaning, teeth brushing-if it allowed.
PUPPY CUT: Fluffy shape, round face and body, no cut just scissor trim, ear cleaning, anal glands cleaning, teeth brushing-if allowed.
INDIVIDUAL SERVICE
SANITARY TRIM: Cleaning of the bottom, belly, anal glands, and cutting of the nails.
ODOR REMOVAL: Shampoo and conditioning, ear cleaning, anal glands, nail trim, and teeth brushing.
EXTRAS: Oatmeal, Whitening Dog-ness, Medicated shampoo.

*If vaccines are not up to date or we do not receive BOTH vaccinations certificate & Rabies certificate, grooming appointment will be rescheduled for another time.
*DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. YOU MAY RESCHEDULE WITH 48 HOUR NOTICE.
Any cancellations without 48 hour notice will lose full deposit and/or be charged a $30 fee if no deposit was collected.

GROOMING AGREEMENT
I am aware that neglect of my pets coat can be a cause for problems after grooming such as clipper/brush irritation. If my pet doesn’t remain still during the grooming procedure accidents can happen such as cuts, nicks, burns, etc from clippers or scissors.
AGGRESSIVE/DIFFICULT PETS:
Safety comes first for everyone during the grooming process; people as well as pets. You must inform us prior to grooming if your pet has bitten someone or has aggressive tendencies. We, the staff, have the right to refuse service in the event of a pet that can't be handled safely. We do not tranquilize pets. The use of muzzles, e-collar, slings, straps, etc. are acceptable safety
measures. Grooming services can be stopped mid-groom if necessary for the safety of my pet or groomer.
CURRENT VACCINATIONS:
By signing this contract owners verify their pets are current on rabies, parainfluenza, type 2, canine distemper, bordetella,
adenovirus, and parvo-virus vaccine.
I, the undersigned, do understand and agree to the above terms for the grooming and maintenance of my pet(s) & in
consideration of the grooming services at the petshop agree to hold it free of damage, loss or claims arising, from many known or unknown pre-existing condition of my pet(s). In these terms, if you are not there then you consent for special services or handling shall include, but not limited to veterinarian emergency services in the event I am not available.
